Our Happiness Guarantee

Because Maya Crunch products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason — damaged packaging, missing items, or quality concerns — please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement shipment at no additional cost

Email matt@mayacrunch.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful but not required. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of.
