We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships and a tracking number is provided. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your Maya Crunch account.
Perishable Items
Our snacks are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration. However, to ensure freshness, we recommend opening your package promptly upon delivery, especially during summer months when temperatures can be high.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Re-shipping fees may apply. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing after the expected delivery date, please contact us at matt@mayacrunch.com and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
